Installation Communication:

 

The installation date will be communicated with the client via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.

Due to the labor-intensive nature of the installation, please note that teams of at least 3 to 4 people will be present at the premises.

Note that the installation could include trenching, drilling, and conduit work.

 

Property of Megs Waterberg:

 

Please note that the fiber termination box and fiber connected to Megs Waterberg's network are not to be tampered with except if a Megs technician was appointed to do so by the Megs Waterberg office. The ONU (Optical Network Unit) that is installed on the property remains the property of Megs Waterberg. Clients will be required to protect the equipment against theft, electrical or lightning damage, water damage, and any damages caused by animals or humans with malicious attempts. The ONU must be returned to Megs Waterberg upon any cancellation or relocation of the property.

 

By proceeding with the installation, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms regarding communication, installation, and the handling of equipment belonging to Megs Waterberg.
